Where this came from
Trivance started from the other direction: build the thing yourself, run it yourself, then teach what you learned.
For years, the people selling AI to businesses were selling a black box. Hire an AI employee, they said. Owners nodded, signed nothing, and went back to work, not because they were stubborn, but because nobody could show them what they would actually do with it on a Tuesday. The gap was never the technology. It was seeing yourself in it.
“Hire an AI employee” was too abstract to believe. “Here is the one you already run” is not.
